中国电力工程顾问集团中南电力设计院有限公司（原中国电力工程顾问集团中南电力设计院，创建于1954年，经改制于2015年1月1日正式变更为现称，简称“中南院公司”）是国内知名的、实力雄厚的电力设计和电力工程总承包企业。

中南院公司具有工程设计综合甲级资质（含建设工程总承包以及项目管理），以及工程勘察综合类、工程咨询、造价咨询、环境影响评价、编制开发建设项目水土保持方案、建设项目招标代理、地质灾害防治工程、地质灾害危险性评估、测绘等甲级资格证书和压力管道设计许可证书，具有高新技术企业证书和对外承包工程经营资格证书。1996年通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，2006年获得质量管理体系（GB/T 19001 idt ISO 9001）、环境管理体系（GB/T 24001 idt ISO 14001）和职业健康安全管理体系(GB/T 28001)认证证书。

自2000年开始，中南院就配合国内窗口单位开展土耳其电力建设市场的前期开发工作。十年来，我院在土耳其沿海和内陆地区进行了多项电站工程的厂址考察、前期项目建议、电站建设设计等工程咨询和设计工作。其中，2007~2011年期间，我院参与完成的土耳其电站工程项目共32项，包括现场踏勘、项目建议书、合同谈判、工程设计、现场服务等多项咨询设计工作。这些项目分别位于西南爱琴海、北部黑海、南部地中海沿岸；东南边界地区的沥青岩矿区和中部褐煤矿区。

近年来主要项目

Central Southern China Electric Power Design Institute (CSEPDI) of China Power Engineering Consulting Group Corporation, located on Minzhu Road, Wuchang, Wuhan, and founded in 1954 under China Power Engineering Consulting Group Corporation, is a domestic well-known enterprise with abundant comprehensive strength in power design and EPC contracting.

CSEPDI boasts Class A engineering design comprehensive qualification(including EPC contracting and project management) and Class A qualifications for comprehensive engineering survey, engineering consultation, cost consultation, environmental impact assessment, preparation of water & soil conservation schemes for construction projects, projects tendering agency, geological disaster control engineering, geological disaster fatalness evaluation and mapping and pressure pipe design permit certificate, together with operation qualification certificates for contracting overseas projects and certificate for high-tech enterprise. In 1996, CSEPDI passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and had been awarded certificates of the Quality Management System（GB/T 19001 idt ISO 9001）, Environmental Management System（GB/T 24001 idt ISO 14001） and Occupational Health & Safety Management System(GB/T 28001) in 2006.

Since 2000, as a professional design institute engaged in the planning, exploration and design of electric power at national level, Central Southern China Electric Power Design Institute (CSEPDI) has cooperated with the domestic demonstration enterprises in carrying out the front-end development of electric power construction market in Turkey

For a decade,CSEPDI has been engaged in the engineering consultation and design activities in site inspection,front-end project proposal and power plant construction design,etc.for a number of power plant projects in the coastal and in land areas of Turkey.Among these projects,from 2007 to 2011,CSEPDI participated in the completion of 32 power plant projects in total in Turkey,including the consultation and design activities in site exploration,project proposal,contract negotiation,engineering design and field support,etc.These projects are located at the following areas respectively:the Aegean Sea in the southwest,the Black Sea in the north,the Mediterranean coast in the south;the asphaltite mining area in the southeastern border region and the lignite mining area in the middle region;
